P.S. I spent maybe a day and a half preparing for my Trademark Law final, and I *definitely* learned more in those 20 or so hours than I did over the entire semester. I mean, how is it possible that I went through 14 weeks of Trademark lectures and casebook assignments and didn’t know the difference between “Unfair Competition” and “Trademark Infringement”** until just last night? I realized there is so much that I just assumed I knew and understood, but didn’t actually stop to THINK about until the night before the exam. I’m sure this reflects more on me as a bad (read – lazy) law student than it does on my professor, but… seriously.
